PERSONNEL summarized Service Quality Appraisal results for the year 2009.
Our work was estimated by over 40 Client companies. The most significant factors which we asked our Clients to evaluate our work for reflected competency, knowledge, client orientation, quality of communication, etc.
The average SQA index is 4,76.
Most of our Clients answered positively to the question on their agreement to recommend our Agency to their colleagues. We are grateful to all those who have provided their suggestions for improving our work.
Besides that, we are glad that six companies which are among our permanent Clients have provided Reference Letters for our work.
