Service Quality Appraisal results were summarized for the first time
PERSONNEL agency accomplished the project on Service Quality Appraisal for the first time.
Within the framework of this project we sent questionnaire which included 10 parameters of evaluation of the quality of our work. The most significant factors on which we asked our Clients to evaluate our work, reflected competency, knowledge, client orientation, quality of communication, etc.
The average index of our services quality (on 5-score system) was 4,6.
Most of our Clients replied positively to the question of their agreement to recommend our Agency to their colleagues. We are grateful to all those who have provided their suggestions on improving our work.
