Quality of Services

To enhance the success of InterSearch there is an independent Standards & Quality Committee.
Established in 1991, SQC sets international guidelines for InterSearch’s partner firms. Clients can be assured of the best service and quality, regardless of region or location. All partner firms have been selected for their experience and excellent reputation in their own country as well as their ability to operate internationally.
Additionally, InterSearch has instituted the Academy, an internal training school for consultants and researchers to better meet the needs of our cross-cultural Clients.

Every year PERSONNEL conducts Service Quality Appraisal among its Clients. We ask for a feedback on the following:

  • Sufficient coverage of targeted segment;
  • Correspondence of presented candidates to vacancy requirements;
  • Providing comments on the presented candidates;
  • Selection support – organizing Client's interviews, negotiations with a final Candidate, etc.;
  • Assignment terms;
  • Business ethics;
  • Attention and consideration towards the Client;
  • Personal responsibility of the Consultant for selection result;
  • Punctuality and organization of the process;
  • Communication style, etc.
