Our Client, a well-known multinational company (home appliances), is announcing an opening of Head of Sales Department position.
Head of Sales Department
- negotiating with clients and preparing annual contracts;
- minimizing the cost and maximizing sales and profit growth for the company;
- analyzing pros & cons and setting the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis;
- planning, developing and implementing promo activities with customers through KAM and trade marketing teams;
- developing annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas;
- sharing market intelligence, business issues, sales forecasts;
- analyzing market information and developing action plan for team to improve the work;
- preparing annual business plan and monitoring performance against targets;
- coordinating of team's work with clients.
- University Degree;
- 3+ years of managerial sales experience in consumer goods;
- fluent English, both spoken and written;
- strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
- self-initiative and highly independent to perform functional activities.
