Head of Sales Department

 Main responsibilities:

  • negotiating with clients and preparing annual contracts;
  • minimizing the cost and maximizing sales and profit growth for the company;
  • analyzing pros & cons and setting the strategy for each customer, including competitors analysis;
  • planning, developing and implementing promo activities with customers through KAM and trade marketing teams;
  • developing annual promotional calendar for each customer with break through ideas;
  • sharing market intelligence, business issues, sales forecasts;
  • analyzing market information and developing action plan for team to improve the work;
  • preparing annual business plan and monitoring performance against targets;
  • coordinating of team's work with clients.


Main Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • 3+ years of managerial sales experience in consumer goods;
  • fluent English, both spoken and written;
  • strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills;
  • self-initiative and highly independent to perform functional activities.
